Who is responsible

Integra MedTech, Mumbai, India, is the Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act and the controller under the GDPR. You can reach us, including our grievance officer, through the contact page.

What we collect

• Enquiry form: name, role, company, country, work email, website, company type, product category, position in India and your message.
• Email: the content and contact details of messages you send us.
• Website analytics: we use Plausible Analytics. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data. It counts visits in aggregate.

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, so it shows no cookie banner.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to assess whether we can work together.

• DPDP Act: your consent, given through the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
• GDPR: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

Who processes it for us

• Netlify, Inc. (United States) hosts this website and receives form submissions.
• Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia, EU) provides cookieless analytics.

Where data leaves the EU or India, we rely on the provider’s data-processing terms, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses where they apply.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted after 24 months. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, and withdraw consent. Under the DPDP Act you may also nominate a person to exercise your rights, and seek redress from our grievance officer and then the Data Protection Board of India. Under the GDPR you may also object, restrict processing, request portability, and complain to your local supervisory authority.
